Autumn Equinox: Sound, Silence & the Power of Release
Join us for a nourishing evening of gentle movement, journaling, and sound meditation as we come together in honour of the Autumn Equinox.
The Equinox marks a powerful moment in the seasonal cycle — a time of balance between light and dark, a reminder of harvest and abundance, and an invitation to gently release what we no longer need. It is a natural pause in the year, offering space to realign before moving into the quieter months ahead.
This 50-minute session will begin with a short reflection on the meaning of the Equinox, followed by soft movement and breathwork to prepare the body. We’ll then take time for guided journaling with simple prompts to spark clarity and reflection.

From here, we’ll journey into a sound meditation with crystal bowls, voice, and gong. The vibration of sound supports deep release and restoration, helping you to reconnect with balance, let go of what no longer serves, and set clear intentions for the season to come.
Held on Monday 22nd September at 7pm, this session is an opportunity to pause, recenter, and honour both the stillness and transition that autumn brings.
You’ll leave feeling more grounded, aligned, and ready to step into the next chapter with clarity and renewal.
This workshop is about practical, everyday wisdom—giving you tools and practices you can bring straight into your own kitchen to feel more balanced, resilient, and deeply nourished.
