A simple Ayurvedic ritual to support immunity through Autumn.
As the cooler months arrive,. bringing with them the inevitable sniffles and tickle throats, this is one of my tried-and-tested Ayurvedic recipes and something I always return to when I’m feeling a little under the weather.
The humble raisin is something of an Ayurvedic superfood! known in Sanskrit as Draksha, raisins are traditionally celebrated for their nourishing, rejuvenating qualities and are used in Ayurvedic preparations to support respiratory health and vitality.
Combined with fennel, traditionally used to support digestion, this naturally sweet, comforting infusion is a lovely addition to our seasonal self-care rituals.
