Join us in Ibiza as we close our Summer, and prepare in Autumn to move towards Winter with a 4 day/5 night blend of Yoga, Ayurveda, Metaphysics, Breathwork & Meditation……designed to enhance self reflection and nourishment……or simply to enjoy some restorative time.

‘Roam’ is all about exploring and introducing to our clients, techniques and methods that allow us to build our self awareness…out of increased self awareness comes the chance to choose differently, and create our own reality, find ways to bring about a sense of ease into the everyday. Hence, our unique blend allows you the chance to find what resonates, within a nourishing, supportive yet still relaxing environment.

Our daily Yoga classes will cover Vinyasa, Yin and Hatha Alignment alongside conscious breathing, mindfulness and meditation exercises. Classes are taught with the intention of assisting you in establishing a daily routine of health and wellness, to deepen your understanding of yoga and holistic philosophy, on and off the mat.

In addition to Yoga classes we also incorporate self inquiry sessions each day, in which we will discuss ways that the Metaphysical Philosophy and Ayurvedic Principles can help us find ease in our daily lives. Like Yoga itself, these two practices, can lend a deeper understanding to phrases such as “take the yoga off the mat” and “you are NOT your thoughts”. We discuss in more depth, what these phrases actually mean to us individually, and how can we apply them in our “day to day” life. Using tools and techniques that can be taken with you, so you can use them to support and sustain you, as awareness grows.

With this combination of teachings and insights, we hope to imbue you with a sense of nourishment for mind, body and soul, so you feel ready to walk into Winter feeling healthy and balanced. With time each afternoon to spend as you wish, you are able to fully relax and allow the high energy of Spring & Summer start to settle, preserving and boosting your body for the colder months to come.

We want to enable you to head home with more space and ease at your heart centre, and in your thinking, with the ability to find that place, time and again, amid the changing surroundings that the Christmas season can bring.

It is our intention, that you are able to discover some of the benefits of a regular Spiritual Practise, and discern some useful tools, personal to your needs, that you can take away and use to enhance your existing practise, or begin anew.

Expect wonderfully tasty, home cooked and nourishing meals each day, following the principles of Ayurveda. You can expect every meal to be “food for the Soul”, complimenting the teaching and insights of each day.
The venue itself is magical, The Cliff, is set on the Ibiza northern coastland, the location itself will bring instant relaxation, with panoramic views out across the Med, and two pools to choose from. The villa has many cosy looking spaces, perfect for a little pondering on life and learnings, the perfect venue for an ‘end to summer’ retreat.

Meet the Instructors

Hayley is an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga Teacher, known for her creative sequencing and inclusive classes for all levels of experience. Hayley’s classes are playful, honest and challenging in a way that makes you stronger and more flexible, both on and off the mat. Interweaving Ayurveda, the wisdom of life, into her teachings allows her students to feel more in harmony with themselves and nature. Hayley shares the wisdom of Ayurveda in an uncomplicated and accessible way, encouraging people to move away from the “pill for every ill” mentality and to a more natural and holistic approach to health.

Louise is a Metaphysical Counsellor and Yoga Teacher. Seeing the magic in both philosophys, she is keen to share what she has found to be an accessible and life changing approach to ‘stuckness’ of all types. Louise’s training allows her to counsel one to one, but also to facilitate group teachings, opening up your Self Awareness, connecting to your intuition, encouraging a curiosity, which in turn allows us to shed old unhelpful beliefs, release repeating patterns and find ease in our thinking. Enhancing the ability to respond, as opposed to reacting to people, situations… even ourselves! Her Yoga teaching is a continuation of this, moving into postures gently, being willing to ‘find’ the posture for youself, create the space and giving longer holds to allow the stillness to enter. Allowing the body and mind to be what it is, where it is, right now, in this moment. We grow from this place of acceptance and allowing, physically and mentally.

Monika will refer to herself, as “just a cook”, not entertaining the word ‘chef’. Yet, for those that have tasted her cooking know there is no ‘just a cook’ about it!! The act of cooking alongside the sharing of the food is where the ‘joy’ is, this way of cooking appeared in her life at a very early age, and it is this process as a whole, that she loves. This has, in turn, inspired her to learn and discover the nutritional values hidden behind delicious food. It can heal emotionally and physically, and hence she knows how to prepare our bodies for the seasons to come, with a natural affinity to what complements each other on the plate. Her company Portuguese based vegan food brand Venn, and her project Hotelier_o, gives her the chance to explore and cultivate soul nourishing dishes every day, exactly what you need to boost the energy and good feelings during your time on retreat.

Skill Level

Classes are designed for beginners or those with some knowledge, that just wish to deepen their practice and build more understanding. The blend of these different approaches will perhaps offer a different perspective.

Optional Things to do

  • Swimming…there are two pools to choose from, plus the beach below, so a different one each day perhaps?!
  • Cycling & Hiking are available to arrange directly through the villa
  • Beach Volley Ball if anyone is feeling energetic.
  • Curl up with a book in a little “Marrakech’ inspired space within the villa.
  • One on One “clarity chats” are available with Hayley and Louise….to clarify how Ayurvedic Consultations and/or Counseling Sessions look, within each discipline. Pls book in advance.
  • Join Monika one evening as she prepares one of her amazingly tasty dishes.
