A healing lunch that embodies the workshop’s principles. Every dish is infused with ingredients discussed in the sessions, ensuring you are learning through all the senses.

A HERBALISTS GUIDE TO HORMONAL BALANCE with Karin Eden.
In this engaging session we will uncover the secrets of how specific herbs and mushrooms can profoundly influence your hormonal well-being. Learn the science behind these wonders and how they can align with your body’s rhythms.

Move from mental overload to grounded calm through guided journaling, hormone balancing breathwork and restorative practises. Meet Karin Eden

A Naturopath (N.D.) and a Clinical Herbalist with a rich background in art history, visual culture, and music. Karin blends her love for art, music, cooking, and crafts a creative approach to health practice and therapeutic culinary.

Meet Hayley Evans

An Ayurvedic Practitioner (AAPUK), Facilitator, and Yoga Teacher (YTT 500hrs) with over 15 years’ experience of practicing, studying, and teaching these philosophies.

Hayley’s approach is practical, accessible, and deeply transformative. She believes fasting is not just about healing the body—but about waking up to who we truly are beneath all the noise.

Who can attend?

You’re welcome to attend if youre dealing with any kind of hormonal imbalance – whether its irregular cycles, no cycles at the moment, menopause, thyroid issues, mood swings, exhaustion, or symptons of depression. All experiences related to hormones are valid and welcome.

It was a great way to get over a fear of the unknown, to enjoy the process. They were answering all our questions about the fast, the side effects, how to navigate the hunger and the thought and let our bodies do the work. i felt held by scientific knowledge, nutritional and spiritual background. But I need not have been as Hayley and Iris were wonderful guides, ensuring that we were prepared before and after the fast and supported us along the way. The daily calls and what’s app messages with the group provided extra support, tips and motivation. The pack provided was great, it contained all the information needed as well as literature and podcasts on fasting, ayavedic meals for post fasting, journal prompts and we also received meditations and yin yoga practices in our inbox. After five days of fasting I felt great both physically and mentally. I am so grateful to Hayley & Iris for sharing their expert knowledge and creating a group program as without them I would not have been able to complete the fast.
