This 6-week block of weekly online classes aim to sweetly access every corner of the body. There will be less talking, fewer cues and more moves!
Together we will explore our comfort zone and experiment with what it feels like to touch the edges of it. To move out of your comfort zone is to move into a place of growth and discovery. Classes are designed progressively, each sequence preparing you for the next. Be gentle with yourself, work slowly and allow your body to unfurl layer by layer over the 6 weeks.
For me, music & motion have always been intricately intertwined. A good playlist is my secret weapon to help me get on the mat (yes, maintaining a daily practise is a struggle even for us ’teachers’) If this speaks to you then there will be playlists sent each week to accompany the class.
