This multisensory and interactive experience combines grounding foods, personalised aromatherapy, and self-massage techniques that together create lasting tools for self-care and healing. Through the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and the science of essential oils, you’ll learn to calm the body and mind in ways that you can integrate into your life long after the workshop ends.
The day begins with a talk about nervous system regulation and stress through the lens of Ayurveda, setting a foundation for nervous system balance. A nourishing, specially crafted meal follows, designed to ground and replenish. During this immersive session, learn how specific scents and essential oils can positively impact the nervous system, particularly by stimulating the vagus nerve, which plays a vital role in calming the body and reducing tension.

You’ll also be guided in selecting and blending essential oils tailored to your unique needs, so you can take home your own personalized oil blend, empowering you to continue this calming practice on your own. The day concludes with a gentle, guided self-massage, focusing on Ayurvedic techniques and key body points known to relieve tension and restore balance.

A Naturopath (N.D.) and a Clinical Herbalist with a rich background in art history, visual culture, and music. Karin blends her love for art, music, cooking, and crafts a creative approach to health practice and therapeutic culinary.
Meet Hayley Evans
An Ayurvedic Practitioner (AAPUK), Facilitator and Yoga Teacher (YTT 500hrs) with over 15 years’ experience of practising, studying, and teaching these philosophies. “Ayurveda is not about perfection or extremes, it’s a path of balance and working with where you are right now”.
