5-Day Guided Autumn Fast

Fasting is not just about food. It’s about freedom.
Freedom from cravings. Freedom from habits. Freedom from the unconscious loops that keep us stuck.

Who are you beyond your hunger? Beyond your body? Beyond your mind?
This March, we invite you to step into the profound, ancient practice of fasting—a journey of deep reset, self-awareness, and empowerment.

In Ayurveda, the transition from summer to winter is the perfect time to cleanse, realign, and awaken your body’s natural intelligence. Fasting is one of the most powerful ways to do this—on a cellular, emotional, spiritual level.

Why Fast?

Fasting is an ancient practice woven into the fabric of human history—used across cultures for healing, clarity, and renewal. And yet, in our modern world of excess, distraction, and constant consumption, we’ve lost touch with our body’s natural rhythms.

But your body hasn’t forgotten.

When you fast, you tap into an innate intelligence that has always been there. The body knows exactly what to do—it just needs the space to do it.

What happens when you fast?

Metabolic Reset: Supports healthy weight management, balances blood sugar, and enhances metabolic flexibility.
Cellular Renewal: Triggers autophagy—the body’s natural process of cellular repair and detoxification.
Mental Clarity & Focus: Fasting sharpens the mind, enhances cognitive function, and fosters deep inner awareness.
Reduced Inflammation: Supports joint health, improves digestion, and reduces chronic inflammation.
Break Free from Cravings: Rewire your relationship with food and develop a new sense of control and empowerment.

But beyond all of this—fasting is about self-mastery.

It’s about stepping outside of your comfort zone, confronting your habits, and proving to yourself that you are more than what you think you are.

How the Fast Will Look

It was a great way to get over a fear of the unknown, to enjoy the process. They were answering all our questions about the fast, the side effects, how to navigate the hunger and the thought and let our bodies do the work. i felt held by scientific knowledge, nutritional and spiritual background. I loved the insight into Ayurveda and the delicious healthy recipes. I can only recommend this experience to everyone looking for a guided fasting experience. Thank you

But I need not have been as Hayley and Iris were wonderful guides, ensuring that we were prepared before and after the fast and supported us along the way. The daily calls and what’s app messages with the group provided extra support, tips and motivation. The pack provided was great, it contained all the information needed as well as literature and podcasts on fasting, ayavedic meals for post fasting, journal prompts and we also received meditations and yin yoga practices in our inbox. After five days of fasting I felt great both physically and mentally. I am so grateful to Hayley & Iris for sharing their expert knowledge and creating a group program as without them I would not have been able to complete the fast. I would love to join another of Hayley and Iris’s 5 day fast and highly recommend it!

The support they’ve offered throughout the journey has been so encouraging, and their thoughtful recommendations have made a real difference. They’ve created such a warm, welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable sharing their experience. It’s been lovely to go through this process together with others – I’ve felt both motivated and cared for. If you’re thinking about joining a fasting group, this is the one worth choosing.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What kind of fast is this?
